At ESAF Foundation, we are always looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team.
We Are Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Public Health Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the social development sector or a related field, with proven expertise in managing public health or community health programmes
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and overall management of the ESAF Arogyasakhi Project
- Develop, train, mentor, and strengthen the cadre of village-level women health leaders (Arogyasakhis) to improve village level health systems
- Supervise and support Arogyasakhis to ensure high-quality field implementation and timely delivery of project activities
- Develop implementation plans, monitor programme progress, and ensure achievement of project objectives
- Coordinate with government departments, healthcare institutions, CSR partners, and other stakeholders
- Plan and facilitate training programmes, review meetings, and field monitoring visits
- Ensure quality documentation, data management, reporting, and timely submission of project reports
- Prepare presentations, donor reports, case studies, and programme updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse programme data and recommend improvements for programme quality and impact
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and timelines
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Data Management
- Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations in Chhattisgarh, India

- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Agri Business Management, Rural Management, or a related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), agri-based entrepreneurship, agribusiness development, value chain development, market linkages, and collective enterprise promotion
- Location: Based in Thrissur, Kerala
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agriculture, Agri Enterprise, and Agri Entrepreneurship programmes across ESAF Foundation
- Promote and strengthen Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and collective enterprises
- Develop sustainable agribusiness models and value chain interventions
- Facilitate market linkages, business partnerships, and enterprise development
- Support business planning, resource mobilization, and project implementation
- Build capacities of FPOs, producer collectives, and state teams
- Drive innovation and knowledge management through the ESAF Bharat Centre of Excellence for Collective Enterprises (BCECE)
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proven ability in partnership development and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in agribusiness development, market linkages, and value chain development
- Strong understanding of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and collective enterprise promotion
